Using traditional methods, our olives are harvested by a cooperative of local growers and are packaged for us at the peak of flavor. Choose our olives on their own as a snack, or chopped olive salad as a condiment on your favorite sandwich. Our Green and Black Olive Pastes are excellent with cheese on a cracker or bagel.
